Can you remove bad reviews?

Only the platforms can remove reviews, and only if they breach their guidelines (defamation, conflict of interest, off-topic). We flag clearly-fake or guideline-breaching reviews on your behalf. We don’t do anything shady.

Does this work for medical clinics?
